This workshop will offer the novice Concours enthusiasts the opportunity to learn from some of the most accomplished Concours veterans in our club. The theme of this workshop will be “Back to Basics.” Our NNJR Concours experts will share their secrets for the safe and proper way to restore the paint finish on your aging Porsche.  We’ll provide a demonstration of paint preparation using a random orbital polisher to achieve a gleaming finish.  Whether it’s a polish and shine to restore your paint, or a difficult issue with cleaning stubborn track debris off your bumper, we’ll have someone to answer your questions. It’s a great opportunity for owners of track and autocross cars, as well as theConcours contenders, to address that nagging appearance issue. The workshop will take place indoors, rain or shine. Lunch will be provided by our host, and door prizes will be offered.

Carrera GT – The car that was ahead of its time.  Come explore it with us.  We will be covering all things Carrera GT.

Following up on the success of last year’s events, NNJR is again going to organize meet-ups at some classic New Jersey eateries.

We all know the passion we have for Porsche, but most of us in NNJR also have a passion for our favorite pizza. Here in NJ, bar pizza is a big thing. Kinchley’s (est. 1937) features an ultra-thin crust with just enough sauce and cheese and a bar featuring 10 taps flowing with a rotating selection of seasonal and regional brews.

So, take the Porsche off the battery tender, drive it to Kinchley’s in the roped off area just for us, catch up with friends, and enjoy some good food and drink.
