Charles E. Fowler Award
The Charles Fowler Award was established August 7, 1952 by NNJR Founding Regional Director Charles E. Fowler.
Criteria: awarded to the member who makes “the greatest contribution to the welfare of the Club”. This award is to recognize the time and effort it takes to make the region work above and beyond the normal effort. It is the most coveted award given by NNJR. Nomination for this award is made by the last three recipiences that received this award; this award may be given to any member or friend of NNJR.
