DENNIS MACCHIO, TRACK DIRECTOR MMC
If you are new to PCA Divers Education events, an advanced driver, instructor, or competitive racer, you will find this Monthly Meeting informative, insightful, and fun. Dennis is the Track Director at Monticello Motor Club, responsible for all safety, education, and competitive activities.
Dennis has a long history of racing, dating back to the 1970s and 1980s when he ran many successful seasons in Formula and GT racecars. Some may remember Dennis for the time that he managed the famed Bridgehampton racetrack for over a decade as its Track Director; he has some stories.
In the late 1990’s, Dennis returned to his passion for instruction as President of Bertil Roos Racing School. For two decades, Dennis spearheaded the school’s various racing schools, from 2-, 3-, and 5-day racing programs and intensive data clinics, to its traveling race series competing at a dozen tracks across the country.
