Autocross is, hands-down, the cheapest, safest, least time-consuming way for you to learn basic performance driving, push your car, and push your skills.

It’s fun, informal, safe and the crowd is welcoming. And if you have family members or friends, who are – horrors – Porsche-less, bring them in (more or less) whatever they have – it’s all good. Need a helmet? We have loaners. Need coaching? We have instructors. Have a need for speed? We have the cure. Come on out and join us. If you have questions – reach out to any of the team.

NNJR’s autocross is different.  We hold all our events at one of the biggest, best facilities int he country: Pocono Raceway. No tight parking lot for us.

It is racing, but you need not compete.  It is fast, but you need not go faster than you car comfortable.  No special preparation required.  No pre-tech required.

**NNJR NON-EXCLUSIVE EVENT**

Start Location: Paul Miller Porsche Service Center on Route 10 in East Hanover

Description: Question and Answer Fun Car Rally of Northwestern New Jersey. Light Breakfast and Full Buffet Lunch Included. Open to all members and friends of the club, children welcomed. Trophies for Experienced and Novice Teams (1^st– 4^th in each class), plus Best Four Door Porsche and Dead Last but Finished

Entry Fee: $80 per two person Team, $35 per extra person over 13, 12 and under are free

Registration: In person registration (cash or check only) opens at 10:30AM, Drivers meeting 11:30am and First Car off at 12noon – No online registration or advanced payment needed. First Timers are welcome and encouraged. Each event will count towards NNJR-PCA Year End Rally Series and awards.

Mandatory tech inspection for participants of the upcoming Lime Rock Driver Education event.

Join PCNA Tech Tom Misciagna for an evening sharing details about Motorsport derived technologies and complex features including DynamicChassis Control (PDCC) and Rear Wheel Steering found on many modern Porsches.

Tom presented to NNJR members at the Tech Session held at Jack Daniels Porsche on March 22.  Join your fellow NNJR members for a fun and educational evening.

NNJR PCA offers members and non-members an opportunity to drive their car at speed “on track” at a number of premier Motor Sports facilities throughout the northeast, and beyond.  We practice and teach high-performance driving techniques in a safe, controlled environment. NNJR Driver’s Education is:

NNJR driver education events welcome drivers at any level of track driving experience, from “never-ever” to highly experienced.  Driver sessions on track are organized by level of experience, so drivers are sharing the track with others of similar experience.

It’s time for our premier Concours event of the season. So, bring your 356, bring your 914, bring your air-cooled 911 classic; if they’re concours clean, they’re welcome to compete in this special PorscheClassic Concours. These classics will be the highlight of this special event hosted by Paul Miller Porsche at their dealership in Parsippany. If you have an newer water-cooled Porsche, sedan, or sports car, you’re welcome as well. This Concours is open to all Porsches of all ages.

Exterior, interior, and storage areas will be judged, and no engines will be examined at this event. All participants will earn ChampionshipPoints toward the annual trophies and awards, and special prizes will be presented to all the winners in each class. Children are welcome to participate as Porsche Junior Judges to pick their Best-in-Show Porsches. Refreshments will be served.

Early registration is highly recommended since lot space may be limited.
