NNJR TREK TO THE CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA

Join your NNJR friends for a gourmet luncheon at the Culinary Institute of America’s Ristorante Caterina de Medici. The CIA is the training ground for America’s best chefs, and their classrooms are (of course) restaurants. In addition to a fabulous meal, we will enjoy a scenic drive to the venue. The CIA is located in New Hyde Park, NY and the grounds offer beautiful views of the Hudson Valley. Registration opens October 1 and is limited to the first 50 registrants. Don’t miss this one!
