Notice of Annual Meeting
Elections of Officers and Governors shall occur at the Annual Meeting, scheduled for
7:30pm Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms, 2352 NJ-10 West, Morris Plains, NJ 07950
The agenda is as follows:
- Election of Officers and Governors for 2027:
The Nominating Committee, consisting of Rich Barry (Chair), Jose DeLaCruz, Lou Fink, Eileen Leahy, and Peter Polasek, exercising its duties as representatives of the NNJR Membership, has nominated the following candidates to serve as officers for the calendar year 2027:
PRESIDENT: Ron Miguel
VICE PRESIDENT: Steve Eisenberg
SECRETARY: Cindy Cristello
TREASURER: Britt Findlay
GOVERNOR: Duncan Findlay
GOVERNOR: Ron Lubin
GOVERNOR: Jim Vinci
All of the candidates have stated their willingness to serve in the office for which they have been nominated. No other eligible members, not so nominated, and in accordance with our bylaws, submitted a petition to have their name included on the ballot for election.
Any agenda items proposed for the Annual Meeting, in addition to the Election, must be submitted to the Board of Governors by November 5, 2026 to allow Board consideration of proposed agenda items.
