How to prep for a judged concours event. RAIN OR SHINE

Join us for a laid-back, beginner-friendly Concours Workshop designed to help first-time entrants and aspiring judges build confidence before stepping onto the show field. Participants will work one-on-one with experienced judges in a hands-on learning environment focused on preparation, presentation, and judging standards.

Using the online NNJR Judges Manual as your guide, prep your car as if you were entering a judged event. Experienced judges will review each participant’s car and provide practical feedback on strengths, details that stand out, and areas that could be improved. 

RATHER JUDGE THAN CLEAN? Anyone interested in learning how to become a concours judge is also encouraged to attend. You will team up with an experienced judge as they go over each participant’s car, gaining valuable insight into the judging process, what judges look for, and how consistent, fair evaluations are made.

There is no fee or formal registration. However, we ask that you please email concours@nnjr-pca.com and let us know how you’d like to participate so we can be sure to have enough judges for all participants. In the event of rain, please bring pictures of areas you’d like to focus on, as we will pivot to indoor instruction.
