Autocross School

Our annual autocross School will be Saturday (not Sunday) July 23rd, at the New Jersey Expos Center, Edison NJ”. Confusingly known as the Raritan Center 🙂

This will be a limited attendance, non-competitive event that focuses on driving skills, autocross skills, techniques, and proper driving techniques. It will consist of three components:  1) classroom instruction, 2) non-timed runs to introduce you to essential Autocross skills (or help you refine them) and 3) a timed afternoon where you concentrate on putting it all together.

The Course will be a single, complete course set up to have all the important components of an Autocross, including a slalom, Skidpad (circle), sweepers, hairpins, hard braking, etc.

We will have more instructors than usual so that you can get continued coaching through the day.  This is a great follow-up to the Car Control Clinic – a chance to practice what you learned in a more “real world” environment that translates to the road or track.

Limited registration ( about 30% less than our normal autocrosses, for more runs and more instruction).  $90 members, $100 non-members, by pre-registration only.

Please arrive by 7:45 and expect the event to continue until ~ 4:00pm
