2012 Nominating Committee Appointments

REPORT OF THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE

The Nominating Committee, exercising its duties as representatives of the NNJR Membership, has nominated the following candidates to serve on the Board of Governors for the calendar year 2013.

PRESIDENT: Craig Mahon

VICE PRESIDENT: Drew Karpinski

SECRETARY: Cindy Cristello

TREASURER: Tom Iervolino

GOVERNOR: Jeff Cafiero

GOVERNOR: Craig Ploetner

GOVERNOR: Tom Swift

All of the candidates have stated their willingness to serve in the office for which they have been nominated. Any eligible members, not so nominated, who wish to have their name appear on the ballot for the election at the Annual Meeting shall submit a written notice and supporting petition, signed by twenty-five Active or Family Active Members, to Andy Gisonna, Chair of the Nominating Committee at PO Box 26, Oakland NJ 07436, no later than September 1, 2012, to allow for publication in the October issue of Porscheforus.

NOTICE OF 2012 ANNUAL MEETING

The 2012 Annual Meeting of NNJR shall take place on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 for the purpose of electing Officers and Governors for the calendar year 2013 and for conducting other business, if any, on the published agenda. Any potential agenda items must be submitted to the Board of Governors in sufficient time before September 1 to allow Board consideration and, if accepted, to be published in the October issue of Porscheforus.
