2016 Car Control Clinic – May 1st

This year’s CCC has come and gone.  As always, it was a great event, made possible by many volunteers — especially the DE instructors who turned out in force to coach new drivers.

The weather was great and terrible. It was great for driving – lots of low-friction slippery stuff to really learn car control on ( and save wear and tear).  A bit rough to spend the day out in < 50 degree wet weather.  But by general consensus, a great time was had by all.

Was it infectious?  Watch the video below and you tell me 🙂

For those who missed this event, there is always next year. But in the meantime, there are several Autocross events, and with luck, one Autocross school coming up.  Check the schedule here on this site. Autocrosses are run by the same team, int he same venues, with the same benefits. Its a fun, inexpensive, safe, single day way to learn a ton about your car and your driving. Instruction is always available.
